Overview

T-1 (or DS-1) is a dedicated digital connection supporting data rates of 1.54 Megabits per second, approximately 27 times the speed of an analog 56k dialup.

T-1 services are a popular leased line option for businesses connecting to the Internet due to the high reliability and performance that is offered with these connections.

T-3 (or DS-3) is a highly reliable service that offers end-to-end digital transmission of up to 44mbps. It is used where availability and reliability requirements are key for mission-critical applications. This service can be channelized or multiplexed to provide up to 28 DS-1 circuits (equivalent to 672 56k (DS-0) channels).

Data Moving Company offers a variety of solutions including fractional, burstable and full DS-3 access:

  • Full
    All 28 channels in the T-3 are enabled and user has 44 Mbps of total bandwidth available.
  • Burstable
    User only pays for average bandwidth usage. Minimum usage is 0-3 Mbps.
  • Fractional
    Only a portion of the 28 channels in a T-3 line are enabled with the rest remaining unused.

  • 1.5 Mbps for $799.00 per month* per month depending on facility location. Installation fee of $1500.00 includes all required equipment that remains property of Data Moving Company.

    Typically available anywhere standard telephone service is available. Typical installation within 15-30 days.

     $1,700.00 - $30,000 per month, depending on location and type of service. Contact Us for custom pricing.
